APEX IT Solutions exists because too many growing businesses are stuck choosing between an overstretched one-person IT contact and an enterprise provider that treats them as a small account. We built the alternative.
Our story
Built on the jobs other providers walked away from.
APEX started by taking on the messy work: half-finished migrations, undocumented networks, backup jobs nobody had checked in years. Fixing those taught us what businesses actually need from an IT partner — someone who documents everything, explains decisions in plain English, and takes ownership when something goes wrong. Today we design, build and manage complete IT environments for businesses across the UK, from ten-person practices to multi-site operations.

Passwords, configurations, licence keys and diagrams — held securely, kept current, and yours. If we ever part ways, you keep the keys to your own systems.

Explain in plain English
Every recommendation comes with the reasoning and the cost. You should never have to sign off on something you don't understand.
COMMITMENT 03
Own the outcome
If something we manage breaks, we fix it, find the root cause and tell you what we changed. No finger-pointing between suppliers.
